Online Services (Press Pass)

Select member services are offered online only through Press Pass, the NCPAFCU online account access service. Press Pass also offers the convenience of completing most automated and branch services.

Account Information & Applications
Members may review account information such as balances, details and recent transactions. Applications for new deposit or lending products may also be completed.

Alerts
The Alerts service will allow you to receive a variety of account notifications via text message or through the secure message center on Press Pass. For alerts sent via text message, this service will require you to have an active mobile device, which will be validated during registration.

BillPay
Paying bills online is convenient via Press Pass. Payments may be made on a one-time or recurring basis to any individual or business in the United States.

E-Statements
Make the switch to go paperless and view your account statements online via Press Pass. Sign up for E-Statements and enjoy the security and benefits of viewing your account statements online.

Images
Images of past statements and select cleared checks are available for viewing online. Check images of most cleared checks from the past 120 days are included, as are the past 18 months of account statements.

Message Center
Press Pass includes a secure messaging system that allows members to submit inquiries about their accounts in a safe, confidential manner.

Move Money
Members may transfer funds to their other NCPAFCU accounts, set up or modify a recurring Funds Transfer, or request a withdrawal via Move Money. Recurring wire transfers may be performed online.
